Donald Kaberuka

Donald was the seventh elected President of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), serving two five-year terms from 2005. A Rwandan national, he was the country’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning between 1997 and 2005, and prior to this had a long and distinguished career in banking, international trade, and development.
