Impact Intentionality

Improving healthcare and education outcomes is a key part of our Admaius impact thesis, achieved through bringing access to high quality clinical training and medical education to students in West Africa. This investment contributes directly to SDG 5 gender equity and SDG 8 decent work and economic growth through creation of new skilled jobs in medicine and dentistry for men and women, especially addressing female underrepresentation in the African medical profession - 60% of St Christopher’s student body are female. Our investment will see enhancement of the student experience through strengthening educational standards, practical training, new public-private partnerships and improved facilities. Additional efforts will be made to drive improvements in the school’s go-to-market strategy and student acquisition process, as well as extending merit-based scholarships to underprivileged students.
